Cebu City also known as the Queen City of the South, Cebu city is the Birth Place of Christianity in the Philippines not only the Philippines also in Asia. This City is the landing place of the Spaniards in 1521 the first Spanish explorer to arrive in the Philippines is Ferdinand Magellan and he instituted the birth of Christianity in the Philippines the landmark for that is the Magellans Cross  at the back of Basilica Minore del Sto. Nino at Mactan, Cebu.Cebu offers mouthwatering delicacies like Dried Mangoes, Otap, Ampao, Dried Fish. Cebu City is also famous for the yearly Sinulog festival that is celebrated in every January, this festival is celebrated for giving thanks to the Senior de Sto.    Nino.

Manila the Philippines capital city of the Philippines this city is your landing site if you're from other countries, currently there are other cities in the Philippines that accommodate international flights now I know that Davao International Airport accommodates incoming international flights.
